Sunroc is looking for a skilled Plant Maintenance Supervisor to oversee operations across multiple divisions. This key leadership role involves managing plant equipment maintenance, employee training, and strategic planning while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. Things You’ll Do 

• Oversee area plant maintenance locations and employees. 
• Maintain regular communication with area leadership and facility caretakers. 
• Mintain division recruiting, hiring, promotion, and corrective action. 
• Train employees about safety sensitive functions. 
• Responsible to review and approve purchase orders, invoices, and necessary repairs. 
• Monitor employee training and certification. 
• Review equipment inventory, status, operation, and condition of equipment. 
• Coordinate, expedite repairs, and recommend equipment for retirement. 
• Coordinate plant maintenance and schedule as appropriate. 
• Submit capital expenditures and participate in strategic planning. 
• Responsible for scheduled maintenance policy. 
• Maintain insurable driving record. 
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental requirements. 

Requirements 

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) 
• Exceptional interpersonal, problem solving, and technical skills 
• Ability to review and analyze financial information 
• Strategic thinking skills 
• Mechanical aptitude with strong attention to detail. 
• Maintain agreeable relationships with vendors and equipment suppliers 
• Basic Microsoft Office skills 
• Knowledge of various plants vehicles and equipment
