Things You’ll Do 

• Concrete dispatch system optimization with integration of three boards. 
• Manage day-to-day operational decisions affecting ~75% of Division EBT. 
• Interface needs of customers, salespeople, drivers, and managers, creating a unified solution. 
• Establish Key Performance Metrics by plant, Area and Division, produced weekly. 
• Develop and provide management operational reporting.  
  • Operation visibility by plant and Area 
  • Individual driver efficiency 
  • Mixer utilization 
  • Quality/constituent variability 
• Manage & mitigate driver over-time, including driver hours of service. 
• Complete BCMI/Command integration and utilization. 
• Integrate the use of all technology platforms. 
• Develop market data resources that will inform the Division Strategy. 
• Assist in customer service through job-site visits and involvement in pre-construction meetings. 
• Advise area manager when employee and customer situations are beyond acceptable standards. 
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental requirements. 

 Requirements 

• Bachelor of Science degree required. 
• Ability to review and analyze financial information. 
• Strategic thinking skills. 
• Ability to maintain agreeable relationships with vendors, employees, and customers. 
• Exceptional interpersonal, problem solving, and technical skills. 
• Ability to multitask. 
• Excellent customer service skills.
