The water truck driver position for aggregate is critical as we build better communities by suppling better products. Here are some of the things you will do: 

  • Operate water truck productively, efficiently, and safely. 
  • Service and clean truck as needed, this includes greasing, oiling, and perform minor repairs and maintenance, using a grease gun, oil cans, and various hand tools. 
  • Report when oil changes, maintenance, or repair work is needed or due. 
  • Perform pre and post inspections to ensure proper performance. 
  • Be a great, reliable team member.

  • The ability to safely operate a truck. 
  • Strong work ethic. 
  • Someone who likes working outdoors. 
  • High energy. We work a lot of hours in a day, and your high energy will keep you going with the rest of your team. 
  • MSHA training is preferred. 
  • CDL is a plus
