Things You’ll Do  

• Align operations with company vision and priorities to meet financial goals. 

• Conduct audits to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks. 

• Build and maintain customer relationships to drive sales and satisfaction. 

• Support Sales Representatives with tools and information to achieve targets. 

• Train, manage, and develop employees to optimize performance and engagement. 

• Identify and address skill gaps through targeted training and system improvements. 

• Foster a culture of safety and respond to incidents effectively. 

• Perform additional duties as needed. 

Requirements  

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience recommended. 

• 3–5 years of team management experience in construction, building materials, or manufacturing. 

• Experience managing profit/loss statements and business financials.
