The concrete laborer position is critical as we work to build better communities. Here are some of the things you will do:

 

  • Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate hazards
  • Control traffic in and near our work zones
  • Be the eyes and ears of our equipment operators and guide them in safe and efficient operations
  • Dig trenches, ditches, backfill excavations, and compact and level earth to grade specifications
  • Be a great, reliable team member

  • Energetic, we work a lot of hours in a day, and your energy will keep you going with the rest of your team.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Someone who likes working outdoors!
  • The ability to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and other physical activity.
  • You'll need a valid driver's license and the documents to show your eligibility to work in the U.S.
