The Asphalt Roller Operator position is critical as we build better communities by suppling better products.  Here are some of the things you will do:

• Operate the asphalt roller, productively, efficiently, and safely.
• Work with the screed man, and the paving foreman to get a quality job while meeting compaction requirements.
• Help other team members with cleaning out the paver.
• Direct and teach our laborers.
• Keep the roller greased, oiled, and perform minor repairs if needed using oilcans, grease gun or hand tools.
